Who's behind this

Run by one person. On purpose.

linkHAUS is Ben Pettit, operating as a sole trader out of NSW. No account managers, no handoffs between sales and delivery — the person who scopes the automation on the discovery call is the person who builds it and answers the phone when it needs adjusting.

Background

[Ben — fill in your actual background here: which of hospitality, community/disability care, personal services, retail, or trades you've directly worked in or around, and any relevant business/ops or technical experience. Specific, real detail here (a role, a business, a number of years) is what makes this page credible — keep it accurate rather than inflated; the offer is designed to work even without a long technical resume, so there's no need to oversell it.]

Why this business exists

Every one of the industries linkHAUS serves runs on shift work and paperwork — run sheets, rosters, shift notes, incident reports, invoices. The people doing that work are rarely the people with time to evaluate a new software platform. So the starting premise is simple: turn up, understand the actual bottleneck, and build the fix into what's already being used — not sell another login to manage.

How engagements actually run

  1. 15-minute call to check there's a real fit before anything's proposed.
  2. 60–90 minute discovery session mapping the actual workflow — what's manual, what's repeated, where the time and money actually goes.
  3. A retainer proposal scoped to what's needed — Operations, Growth, or both — priced against what hiring the equivalent roles would cost.
  4. Ongoing delivery, built into the tools already in use, with priority support and a monthly report on what's actually changed.
